Restore Your Core® is our highly specialized education and movement based program designed to address and correct imbalances within the body that create or contribute to core and pelvic floor dysfunction. If you experience back pain, muscle separation in the abdominals (diastisis recti), incontinence, pain during intercourse, prolapse, or physical challenges postpartum, this class is for you. In this introductory workshop, certified Restore Your Core® teacher, Maggie Stonecash, will introduce the core principals of the program, explain the way our body creates compensation patterns that contribute to core and pelvic dysfunction, and introduce you to key exercises and postural changes that can help you restore your body to its peak functionality so you can get back to living and moving with more ease and less pain. This workshop is just a taste of what we offer in out 6 week Restore Your Core Foundations Course, so this is a great first step in your healing journey!
