Healing Harp Guided Meditation with Bonnie Berk

The heavenly sounds and vibrations of one of the world’s oldest instruments, the Harp, has a very healing effect on our mind, body and spirit. Harp music had been used for centuries to promote healing and relaxation. Harp music can be a powerful tool for meditation and self-care and is a beautiful way to unwind. Come experience the magic of Harp and Meditation yourself. We will start this workshop with some gentle Qi Gong exercises and then settle either into a seated position or lying on a yoga mat, whichever is preferred. You will then be guided into a soothing Harp Meditation practice.
