Restore Your Core® Foundations Course - 6 weeks

Restore Your Core® is a method to retrain our core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to our body. Restore Your Core® helps you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create strength, mobility, length and support. This step by step movement based program will help you heal from chronic back pain and core and pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, sneeze pee, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti.
In Restore Your Core® Foundations you will learn:
Exercises that restore core and pelvic floor function
Corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your core and pelvic floor
Breathing patterns that support ideal core and pelvic floor function
And a plethora of tips to help you get the most out of your exercises and daily movements.
This program has proved to be incredibly effective in helping women to regain strength in their bodies after pregnancy and childbirth (both recently postpartum and years past postpartum). This is not to say that RYC® is only for postpartum women. The program’s benefits are wide-reaching for women and men in all stages of life who want to learn about their bodies and move better. For men, it’s shown to be incredibly helpful for recovery from a prostatectomy.
In the event you have to miss a class, each of the 6 classes are recorded and followed up with additional email support including handouts, home workouts, and an individual 15 minute evaluation. This course is very beginner friendly and appropriate for anyone with limited mobility or injuries. $195. Members receive 10% off.
Private Restore Your Core® Foundations Course - 6 weeks
We understand that this work is personal and you may not wish to be in a group setting or you may not be able to attend all scheduled weeks. If you would like more personal attention, we suggest scheduling our 6 week course one-on-one. We would love to work with you and believe this is the best way to make progress fast! We work directly with your schedule.
Cost $450 for the 6 week Foundations Course
Private One Hour Restore Your Core® Session
Because the work is so specific, there may be a time in your healing process when you need to have your alignment assessed and receive more support. Private sessions can be done at any point in your RYC journey.
Cost $95 for one hour.
Each of us have imbalances and patterns in our body. We have ways of moving and holding ourselves throughout the day that might not be ideal for good function. Working one on one with a professional trained to spot misalignments, can be transformative to uncovering these patterns that might be limiting us. A one-on-one assessment can be crucial to changing patterns we are stuck in that might be causing nagging pain or contributing to a lack of healing in our body. An individualized session will help take you to the next level in your journey of moving through exercise and daily activities with more awareness and ease.
To help you get the most out of your private session, we recommend that you send in videos and pictures taken ahead of time along with your goals and interests. The session will be tailored to help your specific body. You will leave the session with take home exercises and correctives to specifically address your needs.
