Maggie Stonecash
Maggie became a Carlisle community convert after graduating from Dickinson College in Sociology and working for the College Farm. She became a certified yoga teacher and Simply Yoga teacher in 2012, and never looked back...now a staple of the studio, teaching over 10 classes a week! Maggie’s adult classes focus on strength based yoga that facilitates functional movement to support your daily activities and enhance comfort and ease in your daily life. Who doesn’t want to be able to pick up their groceries without pain? She incorporates mindfulness into her classes through movement, breath, and self compassion practices. Her classes are for every body, ability, and background. She has a deep belief in the power of yoga and mindfulness to help people learn how to focus, manage stress and emotions, and find more ease and peace with themselves.
