Are you new to fitness but ready to try it out? Welcome to the wonderful world of fitness here at Simply Yoga and Fitness. In this 75 minute workshop, veteran fitness instructor Tina Salomone will lead you through a 4 part, fun, confidence building experience. First, she'll introduce you to the most commonly used exercises (think lunges, squats, planks, weight training). Secondly, she will take you through a 15 minute HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout to practice those new skills. Third, you'll spend 15 minutes learning and practicing step aerobics. Fourth, you'll bob, weave, and find out if you've got a mean right hook in a 15 minute kick boxing sampler class. An emphasis on safety, form, and feedback from Tina ensures this will be an awesome and affirming experience for everyone, leaving you with confidence in your abilities. In-studio and online $10.
