Do you have pain in your neck, upper back and shoulders? Come to this workshop to learn how to find mobility and release tension in these areas. Upper back tension also restricts the function of your core and pelvic floor so finding mobility is key for core strength as well. You will learn what patterns in your body might be contributing to these problem areas and exercises to do. You will leave with a handout with exercises.
