Jules Vastine
Jules discovered yoga in 2011 during their journey to cultivate practices to better sustain their work in the environmental field. Motivated by their passion to integrate self-care into the workplace, Jules completed the 200 hour certification through Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts to deepen their practice while adding to their teaching toolkit. Jules is thrilled to offer classes at Simply Yoga and Fitness that combine prana, meditation, asana, a love for yoga, and sense of humor. When not on the mat or working with communities throughout the mid-Atlantic region, Jules loves to hike, bike, cook, and laugh with their spouse, friends, and family.
