Classes at Simply Yoga & Fitness

One of our special interests here at Simply Yoga and Fitness surrounds the study and implementation of strategies to improve our students’ core and pelvic floor health and safety.

Nearly all the population, whether aware of it or not, is impacted by some type and level of core or pelvic floor dysfunction. Michele Landis and Maggie Stonecash, having suffered and RECOVERED from some very challenging physical issues related to this topic, are passionate about helping others in this regard.  Both Michele and Maggie are certified in the highly specialized Restore Your Core Program and incorporate those principals in each class they teach. We would love for you to learn how to function without pain and be able to do all the things you love.  If you are currently having a core or  pelvic floor issue, we recommend starting with our 6-week program first and then progressing to the following classes.
