They offer a wonderful variety of yoga and pilates... classes taught by instructors who are experienced, knowledgeable and very responsive to their students - even virtually! I purchased a goat yoga class at Simply Well for my mother for her 75th birthday. I did not... attend the class, but my mother did. She had an absolutely wonderful time. She enjoyed the yoga movements and loved the tiny baby goats!! She had such a great time she wants to go back. I will be joining her next time.read more

Yoga at Simply Well is an amazing studio. The teachers are compassionate and caring and the space... (once we can be back in the studio proper) is beautiful. The studio and the teachers have done an incredible job with moving to online instruction so even in this unusual moment, you should definitely check out their classes!read more

Yoga at Simply Well is the best! Being able to continue the classes right now is a miracle! ... Doing yoga at home with our wonderful teachers is great! Beginners

Whether you are new to yoga, have tried videos or books at home, taken a few classes, or haven’t practiced for a long time, we welcome you. Practicing yoga in a group setting gives you permission to relax, de-stress, and challenge yourself.  Our virtual classes allow you to go at your own pace in the privacy of your home. At Simply Yoga and Fitness, you will feel comfortable.

Registering is easy. Simply visit us online at simplyyogaandfitness.com or use our Mariana Tek
app on your smartphone or tablet. In addition to the above weekly classes, we also
offer workshops, special events, and more!

Arrive Early

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class begins. There is ample parking in front of the building. 

Get Comfortable

Be prepared to remove your shoes and socks. Classes are held in bare feet when possible. Bring a bottle of water. Refrain from eating heavy foods before class. Most classes last 50-90 minutes, with some exceptions.
