Whether you are new to yoga, have tried videos or books at home, taken a few classes, or haven’t practiced for a long time, we welcome you. Practicing yoga in a group setting gives you permission to relax, de-stress, and challenge yourself. Our virtual classes allow you to go at your own pace in the privacy of your home. At Simply Yoga and Fitness, you will feel comfortable.

offer workshops, special events, and more!
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before class begins. There is ample parking in front of the building.
Be prepared to remove your shoes and socks. Classes are held in bare feet when possible. Bring a bottle of water. Refrain from eating heavy foods before class. Most classes last 50-90 minutes, with some exceptions.
