The holidays can be a time of joyous celebration with family and friends. However, we all know the days leading up to it can be overwhelming and stressful! Bring your mind and body back into a state of vibrational balance and harmony with Sound Healing for the Holidays. During this in studio class, you’ll be guided into cozy restorative yoga poses while being bathed in sound frequencies of crystal bowls that slow the brain waves to a deeply restorative state which activates the body’s system of self healing. Join us for this nurturing, healing practice and go into the season feeling balanced and restored.

Restore Your Core Foundations with Maggie Stonecash

Join our beginners class to jumpstart your healing journey with the Restore Your Core® Foundations.
Restore Your Core® is a method to retrain our core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to our body. Restore Your Core® helps you learn to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support. This step by step movement based program will help you heal from chronic back pain and core and pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, sneeze pee, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti.

In Restore Your Core® you will learn:
– Exercises that restore core and pelvic floor function
– Corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your core and pelvic floor
– Breathing patterns that support ideal core and pelvic floor function
– And a plethora of tips to help you get the most out of your exercises and daily movements

You will also receive additional email support and handout resources to support each weeks’ topic in between classes, home workouts, and an individual 15 minute evaluation. This course is very beginner friendly and appropriate for anyone with limited mobility or injuries. $185. Members receive 10% off.

Intro to Restore Your Core® with Maggie Stonecash

Sunday, January 8th, 3:30 – 5:00pm

 

Restore Your Core® is our highly specialized education and movement based program designed to address and correct imbalances within the body that create or contribute to core and pelvic floor dysfunction. If you experience back pain, muscle separation in the abdominal wall (diastisis recti), incontinence, pain during intercourse, prolapse, or physical challenges postpartum, this class is for you. In this introductory workshop, certified Restore Your Core® teacher, Maggie Stonecash, will introduce the core principals of the program, explain the way our body creates compensation patterns that contribute to core and pelvic dysfunction, and introduce you to key exercises and postural changes that can help you restore your body to its peak functionality so you can get back to living and moving with more ease and less pain. This workshop is just a taste of what we offer in out 6 week Restore Your Core Foundations Course, so this is a great first step in your healing journey!  This workshop is appropriate for anyone with limited mobility or injuries.
